We met in Tokyo Japan back on April 28 1995 when Shin was working at a gay bar called GB and I was teaching English (that's when the courtship began). We finally committed to one another on Dec 14 1998, so this year is our 10th anniversary together. We moved to the US (Ohio) in 2000 for me to finish grad school and Shin to start his degree. Then on Dec 14 2006 we offically became "landed immigrants" in Canada and got married the next week on Dec 20 2006. Now we're living in Toronto and in the process of having kids through surrogacy (UPDATE: we now have little embryos waiting as of July 29th!!).
